1. Delivery Areas We currently deliver within Qatar only.

2. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on all orders across Qatar
• No minimum order value required

3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

• Doha and surrounding areas: 1–2 business days
• Other regions in Qatar: 2–3 business days

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available for all orders within Qatar. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you to reschedule. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.

8. Damaged During Shipping If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@1exception.tech with photos of the damage.
