1. General Exception Tech sells professionally refurbished laptops and tech products in Qatar. All products undergo rigorous quality checks before sale.

2. Products & Condition All items are refurbished/used unless stated otherwise. Product condition grades and specifications are clearly listed on each product page.

3. Pricing All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), PayPal, and other available payment methods at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification.

5. Shipping We offer delivery within Qatar. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. Free shipping is available as per current promotions.

6. Warranty Refurbished products come with a limited warranty as specified on the product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover physical damage or misuse.
